There's a world of difference between two enforcers fighting on the ice and a player running into the stands and fighting fans.

Are there no hockey leagues anymore?

The league is not "gone".
There is a major difference between Bob Probert -or any hockey player- fighting another player on the ice and a hockey player running up into the stands beating the holy hell out of a fan. Hockey fights are a controlled chaos usually lasting less then a 2 minutes. Fighting is no where near as prevalent as it was in the past.
There are massive penalties for the third person into a hockey fight and even larger penalties for someone leaving the bench to join a fight. There hasn't been a bench clearing brawl in hockey since probably 1980- nearly 25 years.
