#348...Yes, I've noticed her too.....but again, she's there, and not close to Laura protecting her....

..this is all very strange.

I guess you didn't see the correction about that so called agent of Laura's...some of us proved beyond doubt that that was Laura's close friend from Midland, Texas, Jan O'Neil, not a SS agent. Also, I would bet my life this woman in the photo is not with the President or Laura, could be a reporter there with press credentials, covering the story, or somebody working for the gov. of Chile, or...anything you name it, except she is not with the Bush's. She is acting on her own, whatever she is doing, and just happens to get in the photo.

OhioWfan will back me up that it was Laura's friend from Midland who was with her at the graduation.

From a faint memory, I think the President comes first, then the First Lady.

If the President was in trouble, she would have to leave Laura.

You must admit, a brawl is trouble....

I laughed at the graduation photos, Laura was so pleased with herself, and her daughter and the lady in red was so engrossed in being her protection, that I think she would have taken a bite out of anyone who got too close.

I have read that Laura considers the agent to be a friend.

Note, that I do not have great knowledge on this, but only impressions from things that I have read.

I don't watch TV, so pay deep attention to the photos that I see here.

That was my thought too on reading 348. If Miss Laura's main "man" is over in the scuffle, who's at the very least, looking at the First Lady?
