Been reading this thread and was about to ping you when I read your post, which by the way, is great as usual. We are so blessed to have a President who understands loyalty both ways.

Bush really loves this country and her people from the bottom of his heart. It's like him kissing Condi and others on the cheek or forehead. One can see genuine love radiating from him.

I don't always agree with him on issues, but, by george, this man is the right man to lead this great country of ours and thank God he is in the White House. Yes, I am still gloating and grinning...

OMG, this thread is into the billions by this a.m.! Thanks for your post, and I'm glad that you were inspired by the President's little act of huge loyalty and tremendous geo-politics.

Every world leader there operates under similarly, at least in kind, if not degree, tight security. I cannot imagine that any one of them would have done the same as did our President. And if that is the case, all those leaders must be feeling mighty ashamed of themselves this morning, and far more deferential to President Bush than they were going into the conference. Just magnificent!
