Thanx to all for the most revealing anthrax thread ever! Look what we have uncovered. Almost all is new. Appologies to anyone whose contribution I missed, there's been so much, that this list can not be exchaustive.
I do not attempt to reproduce the reasoning here, but just to summarise fairly the conclusions. Everything is fully and in detail 'splained by varied freepers in the earlier posts in this thread.
We found...
1. Three anonymous postings may-be from the mailer or from the anthrax cabal. << Brazilian chatroom >>, << Intheknowcia >>, and << R. >>
2. The potentiality that the zip-code 08852 on the anthrax letters is a reference to 8 August 1952, the date of birth of the Directorate of Plans, the CIA branch for covert activities.
3. The 9 October 2001 letters were mailed as soon as practicicable after Bob Stevens' death appeared in media reports. The mailers waited for one death from the Phase One to be made public, and then immejiately launched Phase Two.
4. Phase One may have been staged to keep in play a geographical connexion between 09-11 and the anthrax mailings, especially the forthcoming Phase Two mailings to senators, which otherwise would have had little to link them to 09-11.
5. The ineffective anthrax attack of approx 24 Feb 2003 was on the same date as the release of the Gibe worm, which had earlier been possibly connected to the mailings.
6. Both 24 Feb 2003 attacks might have been intended for maxi effect on 26 Feb, a date which has been given anniversary significance elsewhere.
7. Discussion of the Nes Tona lab in Israel. Probably not connected, but info was new.
8. The secret US bioweapons program documented by Judith Miller in the New York Times on 4 Sept 2001, not new but little noticed because it was quickly overshadowed by 11 Sept. Key points: Program construed as defensive; Battelle to have genetically engineered superpotent anthrax << from Ames? >>; CIA built and tested a not-entirely-functional model of a Soviet-designed germ bomb; Defence Dept built BW factory in Nevada desert from stock parts.
9. The St Petersburg << hoax >> letters to Judith Miller, Tom Brokaw, and Howard Troxler proven incontrovertibly to be sent by the mailer or his cabal as part of the plot. Proof by detailed analysis of mailing dates and stylistic peculliarities.
10. Suggestion that penicillin was mentioned in the anthrax letters because it is widely recognised as an anti-biotic. The phrasing in the letters was chosen for maxi communication effect. Penicillin is a standart tho older remedy for anthrax.
11. The one mysterie anthrax victim, Kathy Nguyen, whose death is not easily attributable to mail contamination, had, in likleyhood, CIA connexions in Viet Nam. Was she an unwitting courrier?
12. << CAR Birthday Anomallie >> Freeper CAR registered on FR on 26 Feb 1999, the anniversary of the the US victory against Iraq in the Gulf War and the anniverary of the 1st WTC bombing. Years 2 1/2 later, he posted focusedly on pre-cisely those things, Iraq and Saddam Hussein and WTC, a la Mylroie, and an Iraq-sent-it-as-deterrence anthrax theory. Looks like he had an agenda from the get-go, witness his signup date, in 1999. More evidence, already on the afternoon of 11 Sep, he was posting on Ramzi Yousef and blaming Iraq for the 11 Sep attack, and saying that Iraq might engage in a bio-attack, even before any evidence on 11-Sep was in.
13. Speculation that, contrary to the generally accepted view, CAR and TGS may have been different people, or that both may represent a collaborative effort on the part of 2 people.
14. Analysis of a phoney ID card used by Ramzi Yousef: Mentions 26 Feb twice. Contains other hidden references to the '93 WTC bombing and to WMD. Includes a reference to the exact date of the CIA-sponsoured coup against Mossadegh in Iran, same format as the 08852 anthrax-letter zip-codes. The nonexistient address given consists of: 93 - year of WTC bombing, Sloane Gardens - street in Bromley, and a postal code with an acronymic abbreviation for Chemical Nuclear and Biological Weapons.
15. Connexions with Bromley and neighbouring Brixton - Zacharias Moussaoui, Richard Reid, Ramzi Yousef, and, surprizingly, also CAR.
16. The lives of CAR and Ramzi Yousef are intertwined in some way difficult-to-get-a-handle-on. Both use oblique references to 26 Feb, in both lives an important rôle is played by Saddam and Iraq and the WTC and so on etc etc. CAR says he is from Bromley, and Yousef picks a Bromley street for his phoney-baloney address.
