Yeah, I'm definitely in agreement with a few of the others on here. What this judge did was overkill and unacceptable.
It's sickening to see this slavish obeisance to authority figures that some people on this thread apparently have. No wonder we're in some of the messes we're in today when you carry around this devout "authority knows best" attitude. And no wonder some people on the left call conservatives fascist.
And yes, I absolutely agree with you.
I'll quietly agree. Otherwise I'll stay off this thread.

It's good for the orangelobster to see that there are some young people on here that have more sense than the judge. You should go to law school and replace this jerk on the bench. He obviously does not respect the law and simply prosecutes people according to his personal whims. The judge must have personal issues with the young whippersnappers.
Come on, that's a little overblown. If you want to rant about judges this is not the case, try the Mass. Supremes, or the 9th Circus court.
This girl probably didn't want to miss a call from her crack dealer, that's why she didn't turn it off.
Cases differ. If the article had identified him as a Democrat, he wouldn'r have a tenth the supporters here for his power trip,
