This guy has a PhD from Texas Woman's Univ (it figures). Anyway, his dissertation was on Hispanic and Black hate crime. . .you know, studying Hispanic and Black conflicts/hate crimes. I'm not kidding when I say this yahoo had never even read the FBI guidance and never saw the form. . .of course, that means he had no idea about the impeached data. What a moron. He commented on how little hate crimes are committed by Hispanics, whereas Blacks commit much more hate crimes against Hispanics. And this guy is an "expert" on Hispanic/Black hate crimes??

Naturally it could be concluded there would be more "Black On Hispanic" hate crimes since 'Hispanic' is variable term used to skew numbers any way some expert sees fit.
And as Hispanics are classified "White" (where convenient) it would follow that this 'expert' found "Hispanics" commit very little crime.
It's the same with a gazillion other gubmint stats, from Prison populations to "Whites" on welfare. Any time they can jiggle the race classifications to make blacks and 'other' minorities feel good, they do it.
But they're almost compelled to do it.
After all, what would the public, aka We The People, do if the TRUE figures were reported - that minorities et al, make up 90% of Prison populations, commit 95% of all crime, are 99.67% responsible for illegal drugs, and TAKE 80% of all gubmit funds. 'We' might just not stand for it and really tell the 'diversification pimps' to take a hike - to put it nicely.
And as another poster put it, this whole 'Hispanic' stuff is nonsense. To call some 100% Mayan a Hispanic is ridiculous. The same with any other Mexican who now has .0001% blood from some distant relative from Spain. In short, there is no Spain in Hispanic. (plus none of them are from Hispaniola!)
