Not that it matters too much, but GWB is a fairly accomplished runner. At his age, to be able to run a 5K race (3.1 miles) in under 21:00 -- as he has done -- is unbelievable. His 5K time puts him among the top 5-10% of all runners in the U.S., regardless of age. I hope when I'm that age, I'm still that fast!
He isn't running much lately, though...I think he has a bad knee.
Not sure if I could break 21min right now, hate those short runs anyways now my second split on the 10k is usually around 21. GO W!!!
