He was scheduled for burial on Saturday, November 13th (after 3 days at the local morgue) So... who gets lashed for not burying him within 24 hours? Or was he stored at the morgue while still alive (kind of like Arafat)?

I was wondering if keeping him past the mandatory burial time was meant as further punishment and shame to make sure he goes to hell or something? Or to shame his family?
