The winner would more likely be someone with a taste for being corrupted by worldly things, and so capable of being bought.

OIL? What about Israel? What about genocide,human bombs,the destruction of civilization,and OBL fancying himself as the last "prophet"/sort of the second coming in the Muslim world and his view of an Islamic one world order?
