Just saw this--I'm in Buenos Aires right now and didn't even know about it until I saw this!
Doesn't say where it is exactly...I know of several citibanks nearby, I usally go there for cash... a couple on Avenida de Santa Fe and in Recoleta.
As I have nothing to do right now, I'm going to go find out more and bring my camera...
Just saw pictures on Buenos Aires TV--this wasn't a big explosion. Not much visible damage except some splintered wood and broken glass.
You are IN Buenos Aires right now? I'm so jealous. Do you live/work/study there? Or just visiting briefly?
I haven't been back there since 1991. I'm dying to go back for a visit.
