Dutch laws prevents the prosecuting of people if the evidence against them is based on intelligence. Only police evidence can lead to a conviction.

I think solving that should be given a high priority. Don't know what the Spains are going to do with this terrorist now. Well at least he is out of our country.

I'm sure Interpol and FBI have been told.You can't just deport someone to another country and not say who he is.
