Not exactly--the recount will include the 93,000 spoiled ballots which they will of course interpret as votes for Kerry. So Kerry does not need a huge lead in the provisional ballots to win the election. This is NOT over by any means.

If this was true it would all over the news, especially the in the liberal media.
It's not.

The few times Ohio has been mentioned at all, no credibility AT ALL has been given to those who claim there is any chance of changing the outcome. Quite the opposite.

Even Kerry's lawyers agree on this.

I disagree. If there spoiled ballots, they will not count.
