There's readiness and then there's paranoia.
The numbers to turn this over are not there.
Face value you are 100% right.. but 150,000 provis ballot, 93,000 undervotes.. and possible counties now counting votes twice.. who knows.. its a very slim chance.. but its enough to start a media shytstorm when it starts to happen.
