Thanks for giving your take. One more question, when Savage wouldn't support Bush, saying time and again that there was NO difference between Kerry and Bush, for someone who has a listening audience of 10 million weekly, isn't that reckless behavior?

I don't think it was reckless. As you and others have said, he's all over the place. I don't think anyone takes his "endorsement" seriously. If you did listen leading up the election, he did say he voted for Bush and said there was no other real choice.

Michael Savage is great fun to listen to. The more worked up he gets, the funnier he gets. You can't take him too seriously. Now, his book, 'The Savage Nation' is great. My 19 year old son regarded politics with a fair amount of antipathy. After he read the book, my son's attitudes and opinions made a major adjustment to the right. I have to credit Savage with being able to reach younger audiences in a way that Rush can't. Rush preaches to the choir, but I think Savage's strength is shaking up young people and getting them to think. Rush is like classic rock. Savage is like the total death-metal that cuts through and gets a kid's attention. Let him rave on!
