This is nothing more than legal extortion. These frivolous lawsuits are doing a great deal of damage, dirctly as well as indirectly in devious ways. They damage our the system, destroy sense of resonsibility for our own acts, inhibit us from helping others or getting involved, etc. ACLU uses this technique all the time in its fight to destroy religion.
Don't cases such as this usually end up on Judge Judy?
He has not presented any medical bills or any list of injury.
When he jumped off the truck, he first froze for a second while the cops surroounded him, then started waving to the crowd, first with one hand, then the other, smiling all the time, almost laughing.
He was not hurt at all.

I have no earthly idea what you are talking about, I have never corresponded with you on FR that I am aware of, and my only reply to you has been "huh" or words to that effect.
