I am not sure great attention is what is needed here.

We need GOBS of money to bring this to trial, and this man might want to sign a release and go away.

I have received much assistance from Freeper lawyers in the last few days and almost all agree: take the release and go away or else pay gobs of money to a lawyer with no chance of re-couping the lost money.

Also, This has been a very sucessful drive so far, I might stop it early because I have would most likely have reached my goal, there is ju no way i know for sure until the mail comes in.

I dont want to pile on and get way over what I need to pay the bill, the temptation to go to Disney World is too great! :)

Just caught this thread and haven't time to go thru it all from the beginning. I see that others have mentioned that for tax purposes anybody can gift money to anybody up to around $11,000. No taxes to be paid by the recipient. Our gift is on the way. Use it as you wish, for legal fees or where needed. Thanks for your activism in ways I cannot participate but do appreciate.

You have my blessing to take the money and go to Disney World during "Gay Days". I am sure you will make their liberal visit to Disney World miserable. Just think of a Freeper convention along with Gay Days at Disney World. Wouldn't that be a cluster?
