I saw the video.
The guy looked like he was playing possum. No indication he was wounded. He wasn't a prisoner. He was playing dead among the dead. He could have been hiding a weapon or a bomb waiting for the right moment. As soon as the marines turned their back, who knows what would have happened.
The guy could have surrendered but he decided to play dead....now he is dead.
