The "insurgents" are BAD GUYS. They have kidnapped civilians and murdered them (included a gruesome attack on a blonde woman, suspected of being one of two known kidnapped women). The Geneva Conventions prohibit such practices.
If the men are "defending their country" they why did they come from Sudan and elsewhere? They are striking out territory in Iraq, not speaking out FOR Iraqis.
Iraqis are fighting with us against the terrorists.
If democracy is so wonderful, why doesn't the MSM stand WITH us to ensure that Iraqis can vote for the candidates of their choice? If the "insurgents" are Iraqis, they should be eligible candidates.
These are brutes and thugs and killing is what they deserve as their Satanic death cult prohibits them from converting to another faith.
Then what the military needs to do is send in all nearby pool reporters first, so the reporters can check the bodies to see if any are still combative, or just faking it, so the rats can try to blow someone up. The reporters can read them their rights, or put them in touch with the ACLU, before our soldiers can finish them off.
