I agree. Let me also say that IMHO embedded reporters should not be on the front line. But they are and this soldier knew this. Although I never served in the military & been in a war zone, neither have 99% of the people who will see this video. Its a "perception" thing. The investigation will deal with only the facts and not "what ifs"...what if he was playing dead...what if he was booby trapped. I, like most Americans, can not begin to imagine what our soldiers are going thru...while we live our "cushy" life styles. I think our troops are doing a fantastic job, and may God continue to be with them & especially with this particular Marine.

Too bad, in the heat of battle bad things happen. I doubt the Marine did it intentionally and if the stress of battle made him do it, then it's just another casualty of war. Those Marines are in there getting killed and wounded for us and as far as I am concerned they get absolutely every benefit of the doubt.
