I usually don't have trouble remembering what I boycott and why, and my son always asks, "Mom, do we like him?" when we go to Family Video to rent a movie. My husband didn't have much training in the all-politics-all-the-time lifestyle, so he doesn't take it as seriously as my son and I do. Occasionally he'll slip and buy something on the Banned list, and my son will be horrified -- "Mom! Doesn't he know!?!"
I just tell him Dad's too busy making money so we can shop for the good stuff, so it's up to us to keep up the boycott and make sure Dad's money only goes to people we like.
