I saw this clip and didn't think anything of it (and still don't) until I read that some people in the UK were apparently upset by it.
What I saw was a clip of a Marine climbing on top of some rubble against a building, with another Marine behind him. The first Marine leans into what looks like a large window, points his gun inside and shoots. They then climb down from the rubble and he says something like "he's done". At no point do you see the insurgent on camera so I have no idea if he was injured or armed. I remember thinking how brave the Marine was to lean into that building.
This all happened after long scenes in which the Marines were ducking a sniper and some were hit.
Saw the same video. Came to the same conclusion. Anyone upset by this has no concept of urban warfare, nor do they have any concern for our Marines.
They point out there is a down Iraqi between the buildings before the Marine shoots over the wall. That same ragger had been sniping at them before he got tagged off the roof.
Funny....this was on ABC days ago and not a peep....my brother saw it and told me to have a looksee.
