Simply a very late term abortion. The liberals should be pleased.
In reality he may have still been a threat or was perceived as a threat in the heat of battle. He was one of those that had been trying to kill our guys and may still have been trying to kill our guys. HE IS DEAD AND THAT IS GOOD.
