IOW, kill all 1.3 billion.  You've got your work cut out for you.  Say you got them all in one place-- that many bodies would cover 700 square miles.  Maybe you could start by just killing those under 12 months at first, but you'd have to work fast because even if you used a pitchfork a lot of them would be crawling away.

Then again, maybe this is not a healthy direction for this thread, after all today is Sunday.
