Why not just bring back the death penalty for certain violent crimes committed by undocumented alien immigrants?
Make it a Federal Offense when an UNdocumented alien commits a violent crime, prosecute and immediately upon conviction, the death penalty. No long prison stay, no appeals, nothing. You're undocumented, you do the crime, you die. The end.
Didn't I just say I was socially generous and fiscally conservative??? As long as people obey the rules and laws, I'm very generous. When they deliberately break the law -- they've chosen to opt out on any generosity I might otherwise have given them.
