There are plenty of Islamic countries who have banned abortion. Which to me is quite ironic, considering our war against islamic fundamentalists. Seems like if its a religious dictatorship you are after in terms of abortion there are plenty of places you could move to which have views closer to your own. Saudi Arabia comes to mind.
If religious law is what you are after there are plenty of places you could study/live in which will give you a better idea of what a religious dictatorship looks like.
If abortion is the greatest evil the world has ever seen why aren't you supporting these islamic fundamentalists who are quite opposed to abortion?
So you support abortion?
We probably do agree on some issues, however the Islamic religion, like all hereasies is incomplete and flawed.

You don't understand the difference between a state religion and a religious state. That's understandable, the history of Western civilization is not taught in American schools and its ignored by the American media. You would have to take college level courses in Midieval European history to even get part of the story.
You might get some of it in Catholic schools, but none in public schools. When was the last time you saw a documentary on Christedom on say the History channel or any other public venue? I'd guess never, I know I never have seen one. They talk about Rome (absent virtually any reference to Christianized Rome after the 4th Century) and about the so-called "enlightenment". They skip the entire period in between, why? Want a good example of this? There was recently a mini-series produced called "Attila". In real life Attila harassed the Eastern Roman empire for years. When he finally turned on the West only one thing saved Rome from being sacked - Pope Leo I. I watched that whole mini-series, there was not one Christian potrayed in all of Rome or Constantinople even tho it was the dominant religion and part of every day life at that time. In the movie Attila was assinated by a Roman agent (a woman) before he attacked Rome. It was an utter fabrication. Now you can argue one shouldn't get his history from movies and I would agree but how many people who watched it know what really happened? It was presented as factually accurate on "The History Channel" which more often plays documentaries than fiction. The omission of Leo I 's role in the course of events was in my mind deliberate.
