Very convincing argument. I believe he'll be found guilty, and am persuaded by your post that it'll be guilty in the first degree.

Yeah, to be second degree guilty, you've gotta believe one of two things:
(1) It was a passion crime involving a fight in the house (or some such nonsense);
(2) You hate the death penalty.

IMHO, there wasn't time for the jury to have the argument about #2. Guilty, Murder 1.

Yeah, but I'm looking at this logically. Logic goes out the window in these big trials many times. I watched this trial quite a bit--not a huge amount of time--but more than some others. I remember that many jurors would cry, and scowl and shake their heads during, and after, Amber's testimony. She really clinched the possibilities for the jurors and it just went downhill from there for the defense.

Pray, and cross your fingers and toes. This man is a filthy, baby killing monster not to mention killing his innocent pregnant wife.

I watched an ex-con on Fox talking about what life will be like for Scott in prison. It aint pretty and it shouldn't be. He'll be used like a old rag...... I
