Make that the poor, misled folks, and the DEAD in Cook County. IL is mainly red with the exception of Cook County (Chicago) and I think 2-3 other counties. The vast majority of IL is red.
Yes, you are right. I am originally from IL, the Quad Cities to be exact, and an unfortunate blue county. Mainly because the folks there have been voting Dem forever. Too bad the Chicago's population pulls down the whole of IL to the left.
