I am an attorney and have a Juris Doctor (Doctorate of Law). I don't have a PHD (Doctorate in Philosophy). I also have a undergraduate in Criminal Justice and have real life experience as a police officer, a prosecuting attorney, a state's attorney in civil court and a municipal judge.

I am "not qualified" to teach courses on the law to criminology students in college.

Go figure.
