on the house borrowing... yes, scott's parents did, once scott signed some power of attorney to mommy and daddy... Sharon Rocha is the administrator of Laci's estate thru probate since Feb court ruling this year in Stanislaus court. No one from the Peterson's side showed up for that hearing. So Sharon was granted it.

Here is an interesting article now that we know the outcome. I think the probate attorney is wrong about the Petersons being able to foreclose. My take is that SP's property rights can be denied retroactively to the date of the murder. His parents should have tried to purchase title insurance on their deed of trust to protect themselves. Scott Peterson was charged with the crime before the lien was placed on the house by the parents.
