Property values are still climbing in Modesto... unheard of prices when I bought... I still can't believe it. My neighbor sold their home in less than a week from listing it.. To a 1031 exchange from Foster City.... 5k less than the asking price, and he wished he didn't except because more people wanted interest in it.
