ok going a long way for this one... back when khomeni had his funeral...and got dumped out of his coffin...
David Letterman had his prop guys make one of those little games like kids have... mazes with a little bb inside etc... anyway, he made a "put the ayatollah back in the coffin" game. complete with mourners, coffin and ayatollah (little plastic sillouettes)
OMG ...they are shooting into the air..
The Dave Letterman's Ayatollah game is the first thing I thought of when people started describing Ayatollah wheels-off funeral. That is hilarious.
