Actually I have a PHD in HCA and teach and work as a policy consultant on health care issues. But it is not a question of my comprehension but what you said. Mean what you say and say what you mean. What were you implying when you said something didn't add up?
The info in the article doesn't add up.There was so much left out and now,you say that some of the info was erroneous.
