Then a NEW precendent has been established and can be used in retrieving Kerrie's military, medical records, and his diary, which a local talkshow hosts claims he wrote that he spoke to "terrorists" in France in 1971.

I think the Swiftees would have to sue the Kerry campaign,or Nightline for slander and supeana the military records as part of the suit. Other than that, you can't get the records.
