He's Warren Bufffet's cousin (the gazillionaire who made his money on mortgage or small business defaults - I believe-) and he has been a longtime Democrat donor.

It was Bill Safire who said the most important event in the campaign was Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction.

That makes sense. Aaron Brown would never have been able to come up with an insight like that unless someone put it on the TelePrompter.

There of course would have to be some diversity among 60 million voters.

It is everyone's fault except the Democrat party and what they believe and John "The Traitor" Kerry.

"The Democrats are fascinated with entertainers because, for them too, success is more about performance than deeply held convictions."

Nuff said!

The pundits would absoutely hate me. I am female, single (never married), childless, under 30, atheist, hold a post-graduate degree, work in academia, am well-off.... and am conservative all the way, and was proud to vote for Bush.

Walmart, pshaw.

"Did Kerry have a Roman cleric read the poor bird's entrails to see how he would do in the election? If so, the reading had to be poor."

Kerry ran off to toss a football before the priest could finish.

"By the way, who got to eat the bird or did they simply throw it away like they did the lunches they ordered but did not eat at Wendy's?"

That's your probable answer. Kerry did keep a minute part of his victim - the goose blood on his finger to show that he was "blooded."

I watched Safire make the comment on Meet the Press. I thought he was nuts at first, but since he is one of my favorite commentators I thought about it some more and decided it was a very wise observation. That was the day that "Hollywood values" really invaded Middle America.

However, I still think the most important event in the campaign was the school massacre in Beslan. That's the reason there was almost no gender gap in this election. The Security Moms did not care about Hollywood, but we cared a lot about getting the terrorists before they can make our town another Beslan.

Oh, please! I don't believe for a minute he shot it. I mean, what are the odds they all go out and get 4 birds in a short space of time? What are the odds Kerry is a good enough shot to hit one.

That was as big a scam as Klinton arranging the rocks on Omaha Beach.

Bush cannily introduced the phrase "Hollywood values" to his stump-speech ridicule of the Democrats, and got rave responses.

Uhhh? Man, I missed that! When did Bush say that? I love it!

Don't forget -

Blaming NASA for the Bunny Suit debacle

"I don't fall. That SOB tripped me!"

Whining about no wind in Oregon while people in Florida picked through the rubble of their homes after Hurricane Charley.

Cutting in line with his videographer in tow to "pay his respects" to President Reagan.

We could spend weeks and weeks cataloging Kerry's blunders. I do think that the Janet Jackson thing was important in that it shoved Hollyweird's filth and degeneracy under our noses and made us actually pay attention to what they're putting out. Maybe it wasn't the one single thing that killed off Lurch, but it turned out to be a biggie.

Business's are successful when they exceed the expectations of their customers. There are a "Thousand Moments of Truth" between the first contact and the successful conclusion of the transaction. I would say the President won for a thousand different reasons.

Yet to be fingered is goofball spouse Terayza who was the campaign's gay-loving mama, intent on staying coherent---unsuccessfully--- through the long, arduous campaign, by popping pills AM to PM.

I swear, Tah-RAY-Zah comes across a full-blown boozehound. That woman just reeks of being in the throes of alcoholism. I thank God she will NEVER be First Lady of our great nation!

Picking out the one thing Kerry did to lose the election is kind of like trying to pick the one raindrop that caused the dam to breach.
