Will Greta now have a two-hour show? You mean she hasn't gone live for continuous coverage yet?
(Same thing every night - 10:00, nothing on FoxNews worth watching...)

I'll bite... it would be expensive to retry him. They would have to select another jury, and I doubt they'd be able to find 12 folks who live in such isolation (plus alternates).
Now some real news: Ashcroft and Evans resigned!

I think your right - as it stands now they have to wipe out the last 5 days and start over.

FOX news alerts have become an absolute joke. It's kind of like the boy who cried wolf, I just don't pay any attention to them anymore.

I was recently in a jury and we had one guy that said from the start he did not think the person was guilty even with eyewitnesses and there were two. We ended up a hung jury because of that one idiot that said he was prejudice and probably should not have been allowed on the jury

I hate myself for even reading this post. I am so tired of Peterson, my gosh, she is not the only pregnant woman ever murdered by a cheating husband. I think I am reading this post in hopes that this three ring circus will soon be over. I am deeply saddened by Peterson's death, but gee whiz enough already.
To: Tuxedo
Tagline compliments to you.

They are saying she was always flirting with GeragosThere was an episode of Law and Order on TNT last night where that very thing happened. The defense attorney was flirting with the jury foreman. The foreman swayed the jury into an acquittal. The defense attorney was actually the perp working pro se. It was a good episode. Pretty sad to go through the entire selection process and to have this happen after closing arguments.

"Fox actually broke away from the Rumsfeld press conference yesterday for a "breaking" story that the jury was having trouble deciding an outcome."
Yes, I was ticked off about that too. I went to CNN to watch the rest of the press conference.

The fact that any of them can even think he is innocent, is ridiculous and a testament to our inept legal system. Looks like california is going to have another catastrophic legal failure..OJ #2!
To: Howlin
Oh. Sorry. I couldn't tell. It seemed rather generic. Was it meant for dirtboy's eyes only?
