That would just be a waste of good sewer pipe. As the bodies decay underneath it over time, the pipe will lose support and be stressed along its length, leading to early failure.

No, far better to douse the dead insurgents in pig fat then set them ablaze. Saves on electricity for streetlights and serves as fuel to keep boilers and generators humming along.
