On the basis of 300+ hours of distilled video from DS1 and ODS and the cumulative exposure to energetic photons from not less that 5 CRT's within 24 inches of my remaining brain tissue, I can state with authority that outside here and the CP, Yahoo News boards are usually the fastest source of breaking news, with AP Breaking close behind.

The only reason to watch a network feed is for tactical engagements, which the reporters usually avoid except when surprised (not an uncommon occurance), and those are spin independant. If CNN's leaning too far left to watch anymore, odds are NBC will have better tape in 66 minutes.
