What's the Rat v GOP ratio of the Judiciary?

That depends on the Senate rules adopted for this Congress. Four years ago, Daschle forced through rules that would force a 50-50 split plus one vote for the majority. The new 55-45 split should create an opportunity to increase the number of Republicans on all committees. I'm sure the Republicans will force an even bigger number on the Judiciary Committee. I think that committee should have at least a 55-45 split plus 2 or 3.
