Us temperatures have never exceeded the level of the 1930's. Global satellite temperatures for 3 of the last 4 months are lower than the 25-year average. 100 parts per million is .01% - this amount of carbon dioxide is supposed to act like a "greenhouse" which is made of solid glass. Water vapor from contrails (which you can see all the time) may have more impact that CO2. And higher CO2 levels improve plant growth rates, adding to the sustainability of life on earth.
