I think they could redo that map to just include Detroit and leave the rest of MI alone.
My county Macomb, went red, most of the state did. It would be easier to just cut off Detroit. If you include all of Wayne then Downriver (which went red) would have to go too.
Kinda funny how the only blue area of the UP is where the prison and the college are. I live in Jackson county and Bush won here by around 9,000 votes.
