It irritates the hell out of me, Wendell Goaler who covered Bush on the campaign trail for FOX called him Mr. Bush ALL the time, I was furious at him!

really ticked off every time I hear
Mr. Clinton and
Mr. Carter referred to as "president" rather than either ex-president or mr.
Sheesh!
