It's the abortion industry protected by the twin umbrella of the legislature and the courts that is where the actual battle rages for the very lives of the pre-born. Oh sure, the battle has gone beyond there; but that is where it is fought most fiercely.
Jesus called John the Baptist the greatest prophet before him. I can just imagine you lecturing John over his actions in Luke 3:19: "But Herod, the tetrarch, being rebuked by him [John] concering Herodias [who he was sleeping with], his brother Philip's wife, and for all the evils which Herod had done..."
Go ahead, elevate yourself above anyone [like John the Baptist] who dares to rebuke a public official.
