It is legalized. It's called Marinol.

Oh yeah...the marinol argument. Just try keeping the pills down when you can't keep anything down due to extensive chemo, my hubby's been there, done that. The only alternative is a suppository...which goes right where I tell anyone to shove it when they bring up the marinol argument.

Go read the article. It is not about smoking marijuana. It is about Marinol research. You said legalize "it" referring back to the article (Marinol) and marinol is already legal.!

I understand your specific argument..and agree with it.

But, Marinol is given fairly often to patients that for other reasons...( too many to list..) have appetite suppression.

This article is not about patients on chemo. They're discussing Lou Gehrig’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and obesity.

Certainly Marinol can be used by these people?
