In fact, there was a woman on Rush on Election day who said she and her husband had to vote Provisionally (for Bush) in AKron...a traditionally Democratic area. She had voted in the same place for 10 years, but when she went to vote..her name wasn't on the list. Those are TWO that are counting for Bush

t2buckeye;

Do voters in Ohio have to declare a political party when they register to vote? Here in the Peoples Republic of Washington, we do not have to declare a political party when we register to vote.

If you do have to declare a political party in Ohio when you register, then it is quite conceivable that more than half of the provisional ballots cast in Ohio (or at least from counties carried by Kerry in Ohio or those that Bush carried, but the county elections office is run by Democrats) could be from registered Republicans who were "accidently" deleted from those precinct voter rosters by our nice, friendly Democratic County Elections bosses.
