Medved just nailed the issue. If Palast is right, why did Kerry concede. This is especially true in the 2000 election. A sitting VP concedes when his biggest supporter is the POTUS. If the election was stolen, why would Gore and Clinton concede? The only logical conclusion is they wanted Bush to win, which is of course looney tunes.

Kerry conceded because he couldn't afford a great deal of scrutiny of the count in some of the neighboring states.
