arrested OR allowed to vote? Bet he meant Bush voters who cast provisional ballots should be arrested, but Kerry Voters casting PV's should be allowed to vote?
It's hard to figure, but his point seems to be that if you were going to cast a provisional ballot, the republicans should have just arrested you in the first place.
BTW, Al Gore won in Florida by 40,000 to 90,000 votes.
