I had the honor of meeting with his Father back in 1985. I was a bellman at the Omni Shoreham Hotel and showed George Allen Sr. to his room. He chatted with me for over a half an hour, I was hanging on to every word he said. He left a lasting impression on me. I can only imagine being his Son. Sr. talked to me about being proud of who you are and being honest with yourself and your beliefs. His son has carried on his Fathers teachings. I'm 100% behind Allen in '08.
