Sorry, but a senator can win in 2008 when both major party candidates are probably going to be sitting senators. Also, Allen was a governor of a mid-sized state, Virginia.
Hillary is running for reelection in 2006 and Rudy won't be running against her.

I could live with him but he needs to pick Condi for his running mate if he is to win, for real.
