But I never heard GHWB blame anybody but himself for his loss.

But I have read and heard from a lot of republicans who did and still do blame Perot in the same way that the democrats are placing the blame for the this loss on everyone but Kerry, himself.

Nothing. But they didn't blame anybody else either.
