Well, if its a big lake you like, Traverse City, Michigan is very nice. (And, the town is right on the shore, unlike Reno where you have to drive miles and miles to get to the nearest big lake and which would be very unpleasing to Californians...).

Or, Austin, Texas, which is also near a big lake which Californians would just love...

I lived in Chicago on that same lake. I've been to Traverse City and Austin. Let the Dems go to either!
